HCYL Reservation Rules and Policies

• Must be a current Manager, coach or newly assigned MANAGER of HCYL team

• ALL players must be registered as HCYL players unless they are just joining this year

  • Players from outside of HCYL are not permitted to join in this booking

• ALL players and coaches must sign in upon arrival

• ALL Managers, Coaches and Players must abide by the cage rules. Failure to do so may prohibit future bookings

• Please clean up and be prepared to leave the cage by the end of your hour. The buffer time is not to be used for practice.

• Under no circumstances should the manager or coach responsible for the rental be charging a fee to any party attending this booking

• ONLY managers, coaches and players are permitted beyond the upstairs double doors leading to the cage

• Teams may not proceed upstairs until the team that has used to the cage prior to them has come down to the lobby

Since we are opening the batting cages in mid-month we are adopting the following policy for December only:

1. HCYL MANAGERS AND COACHES may begin reserving time on 12/11 for the remainder of the month.

   1. ​Each Mgr/Coach can reserve one slot during the week and one on the weekend​

   2. Reservations are audited on a daily basis against the list of managers/coaches that have been submitted to the Roosevelt Community Partnership by the HCYL Directors

      1. If a coach is not on the list and the HCYL code is used, the reservation will be rejected and they will receive an email.

      2. IF they an HCYL coach and the reservation gets rejected, they will need to have their Manager notify that League Director and the League Director will let us know to add them to the list.

Reservations for the month of December are for 1 hour w/10-minute buffer
