Roosevelt Student Wellness Center Rental Request Form

The Roosevelt Student Wellness Center is available  to host parties of up to 40 people.  This includes 5 tables of 8 with table cloths, three tables for setup, staging and food and use of the gymnasium court for 2 hours.  Set up time is 30 minutes prior and tear down and clean up is 15 minutes after.  Batting cages are available at an additional cost of $15.00 per cage.

Gymnasium can stand alone or it can be sectioned off and set up with 1-3 pickleball courts or even set up for volleyball as well.  Batting cages come equipped with baseballs and pitching machine.  The machine must be fed by an adult and those hitting must wear batting helmets.

Upon completion and submittal of request form you will be sent a an email with a link for deposit and booking.  If your date/time is not available, we will reply with that message.  Total cost of the rental is $100.00 with an additional $15.00 per batting cage. $25.00 deposit required.
